How do I upload my photos?

You’ll upload your photos directly on the product page before adding to cart. Your images are attached to your order automatically at checkout.

How many photos do I need?

Each order is a set of 9 magnets. Upload 9 photos total.

Can I use duplicates?

Yes. Duplicates are allowed. If you want repeats, just upload the same image multiple times.

What file types do you accept?

JPG/JPEG and PNG work best. If your upload tool accepts HEIC, that’s fine too, but JPG is the safest.

What photo quality works best?

Use bright, clear, high-resolution photos. Avoid:

  • screenshots

  • blurry images

  • dark photos

  • heavily compressed social media downloads
    (These can print soft or grainy.)

Will you crop my photos?

Yes, we format images to fit the 2x2 square. If your photo isn’t square, we’ll crop to best center the subject.

Do you send proofs?

Not by default. If a photo is likely to crop awkwardly or looks too low quality to print well, we may reach out before printing.

What if I forget to upload photos?

If your order comes through without photos, we’ll email you using the contact info from checkout to request them. Production starts once photos are received.

Can I change a photo after ordering?

Changes are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order (or before production begins). After that, changes may not be possible.

How long does it take to make my magnets?

Production typically takes 1–3 business days.

How long does shipping take?

After production, shipping time depends on your selected shipping option at checkout. Carrier delivery times are estimates.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because items are custom made, they’re non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item(s)

  • photos of the packaging and shipping label
    We’ll offer a replacement/remake or a partial refund if a replacement isn’t possible.

Where do these work best?

They’re perfect for refrigerators, filing cabinets, and magnetic boards.

Will the colors look exactly like my screen?

Screens vary. We print for the best real-world result, but colors can appear slightly different in print compared to backlit screens.

Do you share or post customer photos?

No. Your uploads are used only to create your order unless you give explicit permission.
