Refund policy

Because each Magnetude & Grace order is made to order using your uploaded photos, all sales are final once production begins.

Cancellations & Changes

  • You may request a cancellation or change within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • After 1 hour (or once production begins), we may not be able to cancel or make changes.

To request a cancellation/change, email us immediately at magnetudeandgrace@gmail.com with your order number.

Custom / Personalized Items

All custom items (including photo magnets) are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error (wrong item/quantity), we will make it right.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at magnetudeandgrace@gmail.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of:

    1. the product(s)

    2. the packaging (including the shipping label)

Resolution (our choice, based on the issue):

  • A free replacement/remake of the affected item(s), or

  • A partial refund for the affected item(s) if a replacement isn’t possible

Important: We do not offer unlimited revisions or remakes. This policy covers damage/defects or our mistake, not personal preference.

Photo Quality & Cropping Responsibility

We print the images you provide. Refunds/replacements are not issued for:

  • low-resolution images

  • screenshots

  • dark/blurry photos

  • results based on the customer’s cropping or image choices

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been shipped, carrier delays are outside our control. Shipping delays alone do not qualify for a refund.
