1. Production Time
All orders require 1–3 business days for production before shipping. Each magnet is custom-made, and production includes printing, crafting, and quality inspection.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production the next business day.
2. Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via USPS from New York.

We currently ship within the United States only.

No international shipping is available at this time.
3. Delivery Time
After the 1–3 business-day production period, USPS delivery typically takes:

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances once the package is in transit.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on USPS pricing and the weight/size of your order.

We do not offer free shipping unless stated during a special promotion.
5. Tracking Information
A USPS tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. You can monitor your delivery status directly through USPS tracking.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers must ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is handed to USPS, we are not responsible for transit delays, lost mail, or damage caused by the carrier.
